Because all Salutogenesis merchandise is made to order, we have to be precise and fair.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Color or design preference
• Minor variations inherent to print-on-demand production

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
• If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost

Lost Packages

 

If a package is confirmed lost in transit:

• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
• Replacements or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Refund Timing

 

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
